VOGNEVO ("we", "us") is an AI transformation consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data through vognevo.ai in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable national laws.

• Contact form data — name, work email, company, role, company size, area of interest, and your message. Provided by you voluntarily.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, referring page. Processed only as needed to keep the site secure and operational.
• Consent record — your cookie preferences and the time you set them.

• To respond to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering business requests).
• To operate and secure the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Analytics / marketing cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Only set when you opt in.

We use trusted processors who handle data on our behalf under written agreements:

• Hosting and database infrastructure (EU/EEA where available).
• Transactional email delivery for replying to your enquiry.

We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction so we can follow up meaningfully. Consent records are kept for as long as the consent is active plus a short audit period. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.
